When you are adding or editing a food, tap on the row named “Category”. A view will appear with the option to add your food to Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner etc. Once you save the food will appear in the desired meal.

When you are adding or editing a food, tap on the row “Date”. A view will appear with the option to select the date for your food entry.

To edit an entry simply tap on the entry’s row in the Log tab. The Edit Food view will appear allowing you to edit the entry. To delete, simply swipe right on the row from the Log tab, a red button will appear allowing you to delete the entry.

You can change your intake goals by navigating to the Settings tab and tapping on the My Intake Goals row. Here you can change your points, calories, fat, carbs or protein goal. Please bear in mind that changing one value, say fat, will not adjust other the other macros or points values.

After making the change, opening or updating My Profile or My Weight Goals will cause your intake goals to be recalculated.

On the settings page there is an option to switch on Fitbit and Apple Health App integration. If you want to update your Apple Health app settings. You will need to do it directly from Apple’s app, by going to their sources tab and selecting iMacro.

Navigate to the settings app and scroll down until you find the Macros app. Tap on that row to display the page with permissions. Toggle the camera switch on to allow camera access.
